Want our museum exhibit at your event, with or without an educational lecture? Our beachcombing collection on wheels will come to you! "Buoy the Bus" remains stationary while participants enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience through self-guided tours and interactive activities. An educator is always available during programs and events to answer questions.
All ages welcome!

Hooked on Plastic Fishing
Are you ready to become a sea glass sleuth? Every piece of sea glass has a secret story to tell. This multimedia workshop will explore the mystery and history of different types of sea glass. Participants will learn how to look beyond sea glass colors to search for distinctive clues to identify the origin of beach-found glass.

If you love ocean life, catch this workshop to learn the simple steps of The Plastic Fisherman global movement! Participants will help take a bite out of plastic pollution by participating in a fin-tastic activity and creating a craft with repurposed marine plastic!

Did you know that every piece of sea pottery on the beach has a mystery to be solved? Discover how to identify and date ceramic patterns using only small beach-found fragments. Learn how to decipher clues to determine the origin of sea pottery, and hear the surprising story behind beautiful sherds found by the staff of Tumbled By The Sea!
